Easy to use, has everything you need, lets me and my coach stay in synch, data analysis is easy to see and understand. All around a great tool.
I have been using this app for the past 2 months and its been fantastic. I signed up for the training peaks service last year when I registered to do an Ironman (Wisconsin). I started tracking my fitness with this app earlier this year and now have my full IM training schedule set up into the app. One reason I went with Training Peaks was they stated it works with different hardware and software. I can attest that it seamlessly integrates with Garmin Connect and with PerfPro (cycling training software). Also as I am learning all of the training terminology such as bTSS, rTSS, IF, TSB, etc seeing that information I the app helps me see where I am at with fitness, form, rest, and so on. One thing I would like to see (and maybe its out there and I didnt see it) but a quick start guide and a explanation of the different screens and acronyms. I am pretty technology savvy and figured out how to use the app relatively quickly but some less tech savvy users could struggle. Also an explanation of the acronyms would be nice as I only learned what the acronyms are from reading Triathlon 2.0 by Jim Vance. All in all this is an excellent app to use and I highly recommend it.
Excellent app and easy to use functionally. TrainingPeak website is also chock full of information to make you a better informed athlete, and utilize the data provided. The Premium subscription is well worth it in my opinion.
I hardly ever have a problem with it and I love getting my workouts emailed to me before hand.
I really like this app. It helped me to improve my running. The results from my Garmin watch are ported over seamlessly when I upload my watch data to Garmin Connect. I use both programs together for an excellent range of running stats and analyses. I couldnt be happier.
Over its many generations TP products had delivered a reliable and rich platform for both weekend warriors or elite athletes.
TP is great and has everything I need to track my training progress. Very easy to use as well. Just wish it could integrate directly with Strava.
Works fine. Some design choices Id change, like making the calendar shrink when the user scrolls up on the workout list below it, but nothing really broken.
I love this app, its so easy to use. Im a runner and I love all the data that I am able to see, and train for my next race better, smarter.
Ive been using TP for a few years and just recently upgraded. Definitely a worthy investment for the extra data to track.
Apps works fine, but is missing important features. First off there is no sync with Apple HealthKit, so you have to enter your metrics manually, every day. Some charts are too small to see on your phone. You cant add Tags to workout. In many ways you still have to depend on the web app a lot. Hopefully well see these implemented soon.
Ive been messing around with a lot of apps that sync with my Garmin 220 (through Garmin Connect.). This is the only app Ive found that actually gives me the useful information Im looking for! I can track shoes, heart rate, elevation, mileage, etc! Fantastic on my iPad, my Galaxy Note 5, and online!
Love this app to track cycling & running actives. Lets me plan out my entire fitness plan!!
As an athlete I really love training peaks, and the format is so convenient that I actually use it as my everyday calendar as well!
